Child Safety Standards

Effective August 23, 2026

Zero tolerance. Friendspace prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of children, and any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child.

Adults only

Friendspace is restricted to adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create or maintain an account. An adult-only policy does not reduce our responsibility to prevent, detect, report, and act on child safety concerns.

Report a concern

Members can report content, accounts, comments, and private conversations from the relevant in-app report control. Reports may also be submitted through Help & Feedback in the app or emailed to our designated child safety contact at admin@friendspace.io. Include the relevant account name, content or conversation, approximate date, and any other information that helps us locate the material. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM.

How Friendspace responds

We review child safety reports promptly and take appropriate action after obtaining actual knowledge of prohibited material or conduct. Depending on the circumstances, action may include restricting or removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving information needed for an investigation, preventing repeat abuse, and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.

Reporting to authorities

Friendspace complies with applicable child safety laws. We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM and related child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or the appropriate regional or national authority, as required by law. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

Designated contact

Google Play and other authorized safety partners may contact admin@friendspace.io about potential CSAE or CSAM on Friendspace. This contact is designated to speak to Friendspace enforcement and review procedures and to take action when required.

Related policies

These standards supplement the Friendspace Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our Terms prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, and our safety and moderation rules apply across the Friendspace website and mobile applications.
